Sean’s operating career began in fitness leadership in 2012 and grew across staffing, turnarounds, acquisitions, and consulting. That operator’s perspective shapes how Bridges recruits: understand what the business needs the role to accomplish, then find the person equipped to carry it.
Shannon is his wife, co-founder, and partner in building companies where growth, people, and purpose reinforce one another. Together, they believe every placement touches more than a résumé—it affects a family, a team, a customer, and the future of the business.
